Jason began his career in management consulting focussed on Change and Strategy, before moving into Recruitment and HR in the mid-nineties. Since then, he has worked in and managed organisations in almost every HR consulting sector, including Recruitment, Executive Search, Outplacement, HR Consulting and RPO. He has been a European MD in the Korn/Ferry business and CEO of Norman Broadbent and its parent group BNB. Jason is an expert in Strategic Consulting as it applies to the Talent and HR sector with a particular expertise in high volume Recruitment, Project Hiring and Outsourced Solutions.
Over the course of her career, Lucy has worked in every field of Recruitment, from contract to Executive Search, and has delivered assignments across most industry sectors and disciplines. As a Headhunter, she has been a partner in a boutique Search business and a Director with Norman Broadbent. Lucy’s expertise is in working closely with our clients at a strategic level to design and evolve Talent Acquisition plans that combine with internal Talent Development plans to fit their commercial needs. She also runs our Executive Search and Outsourced HR teams.
With almost 30 years experience in executive search, Adrian very rarely encounters a challenge that he hasn’t tackled before. Adrian can find candidates using technology tools or traditional research, but the crucial edge that his experience brings is that he can engage very quickly with senior candidates across different sectors and continents.
Adrian has worked in a range of sectors in that time, but for much of the last 15 years, he has specialised in oil & gas, power and general industry. During this time Adrian has recruited across all of the executive and commercial functions, including MD, General Manager, Partner, Commercial Director, CEO, CFO and COO, and has recruited successfully across many international locations, including Europe (Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium) and beyond (USA, Australia, Colombia, Malaysia and UAE).
Tony has extensive experience in recruitment and resourcing in agency, internal and now RPO environments. His background covers a range of industries such as retail, education and health care, with extensive time recruiting finance, HR, commercial and health & social care as well as running graduate, placement and A-Level schemes. This experience was gained at Home Retail Group, Open University, Reed Finance and Brook Street Social Care.
Tony is a trusted advisor, his strengths lie in his relationship building whether that is with clients, candidates or partners. He is a keen advocate of direct sourcing and maximising the potential of social media. His experience with a variety of sourcing methods means that passive and active candidates are always within reach. His approachable and professional manner puts candidates at ease and gives managers confidence that their requirements will be met.
