We are pleased to announce that Director Lucy James has bagged two awards, as UK Game Changer of the Year (RPO) and RPO Executive of the Year in the UK, with ACQ5 and Corporate Vision respectively.
We have found that the challenges we face have become much more difficult over the course of the year. Our clients’ business plans have completely changed over the course of 2015 as the economy picked up, so their recruitment needs and patterns changed. Our ability to be nimble means we have evolved and adapted with them - our focus has been improving the quality of our services for our clients without increasing the amount they spend on our services.
Whilst we can feel great about being recognised for what we do, this is definitely not a time to rest on our laurels. Forget the ‘new year, new me’ rhetoric, Quarsh are always looking to evolve and improve our processes to ensure we can deliver the best recruitment outsourcing solutions to our clients.
Over the next 12 months we expect clients to become increasingly more demanding of their service providers - and rightly so. Recruiters will have to become much more strategic and much less transactional in their thinking, in order to really demonstrate how their services provide real value to their clients.
There always has been and always will be the need for the massive RPO providers in this world. At Quarsh, we focus on the SME market, and SME’s are increasingly seeing RPO as a cost effective recruitment option, so over the next 12 months we expect to see many more smaller scale RPO’s pop-up to address this need in the SME market. This is great news for Quarsh as competition is always a good thing!
