Abdul has been in the recruitment industry since 2004. Throughout this time, Abdul has worked across a number of disciplines including finance, risk, compliance and technology. Having started his career at an agency, Abdul has been working in an RPO environment for the past four years managing high volume recruitment to senior hires within the financial and technology industries. Abdul has successfully recruited across multiple regions in the UK, and across Europe & Asia Pacific.
Since joining Quarsh in early 2015, Abdul was hired as the Head of Recruitment on-site with ICE Data Services. Since October 2016, Quarsh has provided the full RPO service to ICE, including the New York Stock Exchange across Europe & the Middle East. Abdul’s role has expanded and he now manages the recruitment team across this region.
After initially joining the recruitment industry at the height of the recession, Bryan quickly established himself within one of London’s leading consultancies, working in partnership with clients such as JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and HSBC. After several successful years, Bryan then left London, joining a South Coast based startup before a move in-house where he was responsible for the delivery of technical recruitment for the world’s leading cruise company.
Having developed a range of experience across both external consultancy and internal resourcing environments, Bryan made the move to RPO and joined Quarsh at the beginning of 2015. Since joining, Bryan has been involved in all aspects of the business, including onsite and remote project management, development of Quarsh’s social media framework, client audits and process improvements. His experience spans across SMEs to global corporations within the tech, medical, financial services, telecommunications, construction and hospitality industries
Now Bryan is primarily responsible for the day to day delivery of projects based across the South Coast and London region, working collaboratively with our clients in the development and delivery of a clear, innovative and effective end-to-end recruitment strategy.
Kirstie has over 20 years experience in Resourcing, working for companies such as Boots Opticians, Morrison and the Co-op. Working for Boots as a Professional Resource Coordinator managing professional recruitment and Locum usage for the North East, Kirstie recruited for both retail and professional roles. Working for Morrisons as a Resourcing Partner, Kirstie covered many divisions including Retail, Loss Prevention, Facilities, Occupational Health and specialising in pharmacy professional roles.
During her time spent at the Co-op, Kirstie sourced Managers for their Large Format Stores and also managed the Advisor roles for the Co-op Insurance division based at the icon CIS tower in Manchester. With Quarsh, Kirstie is currently resourcing at Hallmark based in Bradford working on a diverse range of roles from Accounts Assistants to the creative side with Designers and Creative Managers.

Tony has extensive experience in recruitment and resourcing in agency, internal and now RPO environments.
