Having been in technology and marketing since finishing university, Ben has a firm grasp of issues faced across a variety of sectors, and throughout his career has always had a passion for understanding. After three years in a BDM role for cloud technology, Ben made the leap into marketing and quickly adapted to the needs of the agency and brand world alike. He gained incomparable knowledge and experience working as BDM for 5 of the UK's leading digital and creative agencies, creating opportunities with the UK's leading brands in finance, retail, FMCG and auto respectively.

As one of the newest members of Quarsh, Ben has quickly taken up the mantle of developing relationships with organisations who are not happy with their recruitment process. He has quickly become a point of knowledge and a friendly face for organisations to query where they can improve and most importantly demonstrating the ability of how. 

Ben is responsible for working with clients to develop and manage our ongoing relationships, as well as building new relationships with those who have yet to experience Quarsh and the unique way in which we do things. He will also be helping our marketing team with the ongoing knowledge-sharing initiatives that Quarsh have to offer.

With our social media for employer branding service growing, we realised quickly that we needed to expand our team to handle the workload. We created a new role, Social Media Creative, and hired Charlie Taylor-Smith to fill the position.

As a millennial, Charlie is an avid user of social media. He graduated from university where he had involvement in running his university's social media. When graduating, Charlie obtained internships writing blogs and working on social media for Gay Times Magazine and a marketing internship at Sidley Austin LLP.

Charlie spends his time writing, editing, publishing and sharing regular content across multiple platforms for Quarsh and our clients via any and all relevant social media platforms.
